writing and sharing memoirs. Please join us…there are many ways to gain

This group provides an opportunity for people affected by cancer to express themselves through various artistic mediums while connecting with others and relaxing by making art.

A supportive group for women diagnosed with ovarian cancer at any stage.
Men’s Support Group
A supportive group for men who have been diagnosed with any type of cancer.
Nurturing Neighborhood Network Program
If
you are dealing with a cancer diagnosis and could use some one-on-one
support from someone who’s been through it, you might like to have a
Nurturing Neighbor. Nurturing Neighbors are cancer survivors specially
trained through the Oncology Support Program to be volunteers. For further information on
being linked up with a Nurturing Neighbor or becoming one yourself,
please contact Oncology Support Program.
Women’s Support Group
A supportive group for women of any age, at any stage, with any kind of cancer.
Younger Women’s Cancer Support Group
A supportive group for young women diagnosed with cancer to share unique concerns.

Cooking through Cancer Treatment and Recovery
Learn simple and healthy cooking tips to nourish oneself during and after cancer treatment; share healthy recipes and taste delicious food prepared during the class. Open to caregivers as well as those diagnosed with cancer.
Gardening for Health and Healing
Cultivate herbs and vegetables in the Oncology Support Program container gardens and nourish not only your body, but also your soul.
Gentle Yoga
Enjoy yoga classes which stretch and strengthen the body while
calming and focusing the mind. A great way to reduce stress and assist
with pain management.
Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation
Learn how hypnosis may help you stop smoking.

Classes
combine aerobic dance, strengthening and flexibility exercises to music. Personalized to meet the needs of participants with an emphasis on people with

Practice gentle movements that train the breath, body and mind.

Enjoy a healthy and fun exercise, using light weights, while connecting to others.
Tai Chi
Moving meditation and slow motion martial art. Increases cognition, strength, balance and flexibility.
