HealthAlliance Receives NYS Department of Health Support for Enhanced Regional Planning Approach

HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley has been awarded a NYS DOH grant for $6.5 million. With this grant HAHV will be able to shift focus to the community, improving population health management, patient experiences and lowering costs. HealthAlliance held a press conference on November 20, 2013 to discuss the plans for, and details of the grant as well as what this means for the community.
