KINGSTON, Sept. 8, 2015 — An entertaining cooking demonstration, along with food-safety tips, will take center stage at the HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley's monthly Seniors Health & Wellness Breakfast Club at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 16.
