The HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley hospitals appreciate
your cooperation with our payment policies. Complete and accurate
information should be presented at the time of registration. If
insurance information cannot be provided at that time, patients should
contact the Central Registration Department at 845.334.4259, as soon as
possible. Upon discharge, the hospital will bill your insurance carrier
for covered services rendered. Depending on what services you receive
from the hospital, you also may receive a separate bill from your
private physician, specialist, radiologist or laboratory. Learn more
about this in the HealthAlliance Disclosure. Visit our insurance information page for more details and a list of insurance providers accepted by HealthAlliance.

Physician Services
It is important for you to know that the physician services you receive in the hospital are not included in the hospital's charges. Physicians bill for their services separately and may or may not participate in the same health plans as the hospital. You should check with the physician arranging your hospital services to determine which plans that physician participates in. Hospital contracts with WMC Advanced Physician Services, P.C. (WMCAPS) to provide anesthesiology, radiology and pathology services. You can obtain insurance verification information on WMCAPS physicians by contacting:
WMC Advanced Physician Services, P.C.
19 Bradhurst Avenue, Suite 3100N
Hawthorne, NY 10532

Hospital contracts with Vituity to provide emergency room physician services. If you have questions and/or concerns, please contact Vituity at 1.800.498.7157 or via email at rcminfo@vituity.com.

Chargemaster Disclaimer
The information contained in this file is being provided in compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirement for hospitals to post a list of their standard charges, also called chargemaster, online in a machine-readable format. The chargemaster (charge description master or CDM) is the list of all individual items and services maintained by a hospital for which the hospital has established a charge. A chargemaster rate represents the dollar amount assigned to specific medical services before application of any negotiated discounts to third-party payers. The actual hospital charges will vary based on the type of care provided, treatments, individual health conditions and other factors.

Charges and rates updated 06/27/2024 and are subject to change. The chargemaster information, by itself, is not used to determine how much patients may need to pay, or to compare what a patient might owe a hospital. Your out-of-pocket costs will depend upon actual services that you receive, the hospital’s negotiated rates with your insurance plan and your insurance coverage. Your insurance coverage determines your co-payment, co-insurance percentage, and annual deductible. Please call your insurance company for a more accurate representation of your responsibility. You may also call us at 845.334.2700 Ext. 5527 to get additional information.
